Dennis Harvey has over 38 years experience in construction in the oil and/or gas industry and the commercial industry. Has construction management experience on mega projects. Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of the project construction specifications and standards. Plans, coordinates, and directs the construction staff, work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates. Managing Development of Construction Work Packs. Approves the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives. Has thorough knowledge of construction practices, economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications. Also is responsible for obtaining the necessary construction resources to plan and execute the work.
